That quality is one of the things I love about the blues harp and Rod Piazza is likely one of the best alive today.
He really starts his stuff at 2:26

Bottleneck/slide guitar is another way to “bend notes” and Mississippi Fred Mcdowell epitomized delta blues bottleneck style.
Each of these songs was later done by rock bands such as Led Zepplin, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones and The Yardbirds as well as others.
