She was the 'cute' girl on the Drew Carey Show way back when.

Was flipping through the channels and watched the show for a minute. Their timing was off, one guy made a few mistakes in his lines, kinda stumbled through...and Drew really seemed a bit uncomfortable or 'something', hard to pin it down exactly... Anyway, I turned (heh, "turned"?) to some other channels and came across "cougar town" with the same actress now. Ugh, she ruined her face w/ all the plastic surgery she did since Drew.
Sad.

She should have left herself alone...

Are you talking about Christa Miller, the girl who played "Kate" on the Drew Carey show?

Yeah she was a hottie back then, I remember when she did Maxim in the late 90's.. She looked really good. But she got some lip work and other things and it ruined her face a bit. She was on the later seasons of Scrubs as well, and thats when i first saw her after her botched lip job..

Shame that women in show business that are naturally beautiful do these things to themselves in an attempt to keep getting younger parts or to stay relevant to a younger audience.
