Beef.
It's what's for dinner!

A little salt, a little pepper.
I got's lots of seasonings, but plain & simple seems to be my preferred choice:

Steak, Mushrooms & Zucchini, & a nice potato (Yukon Gold or some other buttery type)

Add butter, salt & pepper, sourcream & chives, and.........GoGo Gadget!

What ever happened to your putting it in a bag, and slow cooking it under pressure for like 9 hours or something?

It didn't go no where.
Hell, you can wrap it in clay and throw it in some coals!

It's what's for dinner!

Sometimes, hard to cook a steak in a skillet.
use higher heat, drop the steak in the hot skillet and less cooking time.

I would have beat on it a bit then soaked that baby in a 50/50 mix of Jack and coke for a few hours at room temp, salted it and then put it in a pre heated oven at 400 for 10 minutes. . Coat it with the jack and coke fast. Then flip it for another 5min.
