So they are sticking Spanish kids in ESL classes and the kids don't even know how to speak Spanish, to build up the number of ESL classes.(and probably get some kind of funding from the government) So they sit in history math, science etc. Classes and have no idea what the teacher is saying.

If they live here, English should be their primary language. Or they can go back where they came from.

And yes, i would expect the same treatment if i went to live in another country that didnt speak some form of English as a 'standard'. I would assimilate into the culture, or leave.
