Broken wheel hub? Sheared lugs? Wheel spacer/adapter used? Mismatched hub bore? Improper lug torque? Studs too long for the closed-end nuts used? Take your pick.

Never have been a fan of cars setup like that one.

If you look closely at video, it appears rear end squat put wheelhouse lip solidly into tire, that combined with wide tire on dry payment put lugs in shear mode.
