Just curious to see what the forum's Californians' opinions are on the gubernatorial race. I honestly don't know much, if anything, about either candidate. But from reading some comments, it would seem that at least some are ready for a change in leadership.

No matter who get elected, California is headed for bankruptcy. Hasn't Moonbeam fixed all the ills of the state?

Neel is a very smart dude. I remembered him as the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, he was only like 32-years old.

Well, my usual honest opinion.....someone needs to run over Jerry Brown with a truck. That guy is a useless piece of horseshit. That should tell you who I want for Governor.

My opinion is that the Democrat will be elected in every statewide election in California and Oregon for the foreseeable future.

Unless, as Doni Hagan once said "if someone catches him sneaking out of a cheap motel at 3 AM with a sheep". Even then the Democrat would likely win the election. They have the numbers.

Not a fan of Brown but the Moonbeam label was proven to be wrong. He was right if you understand how he got that label.

I don't like either of the front runners.
