Wright Bacon Ends and Pieces--it's all we buy any more. A mixture of thick cut bacon and thin (regular cut) bacon. Irregular sizes and shapes. Some pieces almost thick as ham but bacon taste.
About $7 for a 3 lb vac sealed package, but I have seen it on sale for as little as $1/lb.

Try to find a brand name--some of the stuff being sold as bacon ends and pieces is not much more than the rind.
