Never thought I'd have the opportunity to eat this especially living in the Midwest. Taste was very oily and pretty bland. Found out its oily because it gets dipped in seal oil. Don't think I'll be going out of my way for more though...

Nah--he just used the knife to kill and butcher the seal for the oil.
