Sam and Dave were awesome in general. Some time ago I saw something on PBS about them; at one of their shows the venue had to stop the show and evacuate the balcony because the dancing crowd had made it unstable.

Saw Sam&Dave live on stage...........musta been around 1962 or 3, don't really remember exact date. (you know what they say about the 60's....if you remember them...you weren't there! )

A local movie house that seated probably a couple hundred people at most. The "Tivoli", I believe it was called.

Good show.

Always liked Spencer Davis Group too.
