The SC has already made a ruling on how the birth controls affect the baby. And to be try to research or speculate on this case as if we are still arguing an active case will not change the ruling. They have basically ruled that a fertilized egg is a baby and some birth controls kill the baby (cause an abortion) they decided that they can not force HL to pay for abortions.
We can and should have opinions, but the HL case is closed to
