Is being undead breaking any laws?
If you resurrected, would you retain all the rights & freedoms you enjoyed as one of the living?

That depends if the said person signed a organ donor card. Once you are dead, we can harvest the organs.

They must have some amazing weed up there.

Of course they have rights, but as soon as they want to cause harm to someone they lose those rights.

Yes, they do have rights, I agree.......and a Zombies #1 right is the right to be my target.

There was an entertaining TV series on this called in the flesh or something to that effect. They found a "cure" or something and all the zombies went home to their families and had to deal with he memories of what they did while still craving flesh. More than a little on the drama side.

^True, BUT you must be legally declared dead by a doctor after an exam and a body identification to get a death certificate.
