. Today on the freeway I saw a tubbed 67 Chevelle on a trailer being towed by a small motorhome. The car, trailer, and motorhome all were really nice. Judging from the size of the slicks on the Chevellle it was really fast. The nearest dragstrip is Bakersfield, 2 hours from here and I think is Sacramento is next clear up 3/4 the length of the state and Calif. is a long state.
I haven't seen a hot rod in awhile here in the birthplace of hot rods their nearly extent now. Kids today don't care about cars which absolutely boggles my mind. I never saw this coming.

Could be that it's sucky to be in debt.

Just having "things" doesn't make someone rich man.

I have friend that has lots of cool stuff, absolutely no money. I lent him some money, this time I took a Silver Star .45 as collateral because he has not been taking care of himself and is very fat. I begging him to move more. On the up side, I plan to get his 69 Camaro for a steal from his kid when he drops dead. I tell him this to try to upset him hopefully enough to stop eating so much and exercise.

There will be many California hot rods in Reno at the end of this month. Many from Oregon too.

You don't even have to be "rich" to get toys like that. Just judicious in your spending. Unmarried would help a lot, too. Build the car yourself, buy a used motor home. Probably LOTS of cheap unfinished projects and for-sale motor homes the last couple of years from people who got too far in debt, or just lost decent jobs.

But, yeah, being rich is really nice. There's LOTS of money out there. Beats me how to get my greedy little hands on it, though.

A couple of people have been banned in the last couple of days. Maybe Cliff discovered some "anomalies." I certainly didn't see any posts from him that would have qualified him for banning - at least when compared to what it took for others to get banned.

Didn't someone recently get banned and then unbanned shortly afterwards?

Yeah Dburger got banned and i didn't see anything he did to deserve it either. Don't know if it was reversed. Of course, I do not troll every thread on here either.

The people I've seen banned lately haven't been horribly controversial... Well, one was, but he wasn't as "bad" as others on here that haven't been close to a ban.

Like I said before, what happened to Cliff having a "time out" for members close to getting banned?

At least you have realistic expectations! I'm joking ...

Unless you go full moron there is little chance any of us will get banned. It's takes a lot and damn near daring Cliff to do it.
