was wondering what is considered to be best yogurt brands? that have live active cultures? google is flooding with bullshit, too many ads promoting one brand, I rarely eaten this stuff

My only advice (as I'm definitely no expert on yogurt) is to buy plain yogurt and add fresh fruit to it. That way you avoid all the sugar and/or artificial sweetening poison.

I mean, you are eating yogurt for your health, right?

My MIL makes her own, which is quite good. I like most of the Greek yogurts (especially the stuff that's on the top of the lid when ya open it. Either plain or the "fruit-at-the-bottom" type. But I don't eat too much of the bottom. And I'm not a fan of carmine color.
That's all I have to say about that.
