Michigan DJ Olympics competition. I'm currently ranked 2nd out of the original 30+ DJs across the state.

They have a people's choice award for whoever gets the most online votes, rest of the competition is judged by judges on technical skills. I lost by less than a dozen votes last year.

Thats from 2012 trials round. 2013 wasn't filmed :-/ I went to the semi-finals that year but I had an ear infection. I was in the ER hours before I was suppose to compete to help me but it wasn't enough. I dropped to 7th.

man o man! Where has 5 years gone!?

I'd love to take a few days off in July and make it up, its about a 14 hour drive going through the UP of Michigan but it'd be worth it. Probably wouldn't make the trip in a Fiero though unless I was going solo.
