How about someone calling you " putter, " Brad? Is there any place in walking distance. I don't remember what is around Milford.
Hookers are expensive and stuff....
Around me is not a lot, a Lowes, where I just walked to to get some cleaning supplies, and a few fast food places/ chain restaurants. There is a bar that seems to have a bad reputation online as "almost a bar", so I may try and white trash that place up a little later.
Apparently someone walking near the road here is an open invite to try and kill them, so I won't be walking far if I can help it.. What is with the drivers around here?
Well, I'm not going to be of any help. But if'n you end up down this way, give me a shout - I'm always up to meet a stranger ... and they don't get much stranger
if your just sitting in the truck stop and don't have to be there 24/7 waiting on something, drive on up, you can get a home razed and home cooked meal right here, but it is about 6 hours each way.
Seriously you are sitting in a truck stop for 4 days, stay away from those truck stop hookers.
Wish I could make the drive down to see you but there is no way the wife would let me drive that far by myself with my medical problems, that and I wouldn't be able to get out of the Fiero when I got there.

Why are you sitting for 4 days?? I know it's hard to get out of the east coast but 4 days? If it was my truck, I'd deadhead a few hundred miles before I sat. If it's a company truck, I hope they're paying you well. If you have a kingpin lock (and the truckstop lets you drop your wagon), I'd bobtail somewhere other than there. Depending on the company, you might want to call them first to make sure you can leave.
Steves idea is a great one but there's no way I'd drive MY truck 6 hours (each way) and there's no way any company will let you burn up their fuel to do it. Maybe if you were hotshotting.
