I'll give him kudo's for being inventive with his initial book and introduction style..., but these LoA'rs are like cockroaches. They are EVERYWHERE and just as hard to get rid of, and every time you think you have they find a new way in.

I know some guys dont mind that "positive thinking" crap, it just irritates the sheet out of me.....but then so does most human stupidity.
If they truly believe sitting and staring at a picture of a house is going to make some "universe" drop it it in thier lap, then they probably should not be allowed access to anything sharper than finger paints. They remind me of a guy I briefly worked with that kept insisting that "gawd" had given him his Camero.......and no, gawd didnt--The Oshawa assembly plant did.
