DHS official suspended after scathing Senate report
I am shocked, shocked I tell you. Not because of his actions. Because he got suspended. Almost accountability.

A year-long bipartisan investigation by the panel also found that Edwards improperly relied on the advice of top political advisers to then-Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and acquiesced to their suggestions about the wording and timing of three separate reports.

Every now and then the Government screws up by doing the right thing

Under congressional criticism, Edwards stepped down from the $179,700-a-year watchdog post in December and took a job in the DHS Office of Science and Technology. DHS press officials did not respond to requests to interview Edwards.

He is pocketing less of mine and your money but he isn't in jail and won't be. I don't see how this qualifies as a win.
