We have a guy "exposing" himself to minors here. No one knows who he is, and no one can catch him. And it's in West Plano, so it's sort of uncommon for this stuff to happen here. But someone posted these door flyers saying every now and then a man runs around butt naked, and touches himself in front of minors.

I hear about it more and more... I wonder why they get a rush out of that.

Also, funny name though :P
