A Ya if you want to call what those people were wearing harnesses, any safety harness I ever wore was like a parachute type strap in deal, those were just around the chest no crotch straps. she did have the harness on, whether it was attached to the mountain is another story.
I think I would pass seeing that the chains were locked onto the mountain with locks and the wood looks just a little on the weathered side.
plus Chinese made chains and workmanship.
