For my Construction Project Mgmt course, we have to come up with a project. Our group's is to do a design/bid/build on a manufacturing facility. We'd like to make it a Silver Certified project of possible. It's new construction. But we have to come up with a plan of what we're going to do in the construction and maintenance of the facility to be as green as possible and maintain the Silver Certification. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I converted three of my motorhomes fluorescent fixtures to led lighting for $10. Saving myself $80. I needed three ballasts at $30 apiece. The led lights are both brighter and cheaper to run than the fluorescents. I think that there is an opportunity for a green company here. Is this what you are looking for?
