A few dozens servers - amongst which the PFF server - suffered from a power outage. The server didn't come up immediately after the problem was solved because it does an automatic diagnostics check once it's restarted. Fortunately everything is working fine now.

Oops. Time was of by an hour and a half. I've reset the server time, which causes the system to think there are quite a bit of sticky posts, but those will disappear once it catches up with the post times.
