I have seen them on PFF before. They were hidden behind the rear license plate which had to be folded down on a hinged mount.

Perhaps I might still find one.

The thread (for me) would not show pictures. Can any one else see them ?

Fierostore sells a standard hitch for the Fiero but it comes out below the license plate. It could probably be shortened to raise it up slightly if you could weld.

I believe the standard trailer hitch attaches to the sub frame while the hidden hitch attached to the facia mounting points. Is it strong? People that purchased that hidden hitch can confirm. Also with the hidden hitch you cannot see the license plate as it is hinged down while the hitch is being used. Possible violation?
If you wish to go on long trips with a Fiero; a small motorcycle size trailer will certainly help to take along more personal items for an extended stay. When we go for an overnight the storage gets really cramped. If the demand dictates we will install the standard hitch with a removable/adjustable bar and ball. .

Hey Cliff, I have a trailer hitch that you can have for free... just need you to pay for shipping.

It's the one my daughter took off her 85 Fiero in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZCQOB70E8E

It bolts to the rear bumper, behind the bumper panel, and sticks out and below the bumper and license plate. Let me know if you want it.

It's a class-5 hitch.

You know, if we can get one of these to a metal fab guy he can make them all for us, I just happen to know a guy....

Especially the hidden hitch. Pics aren't available in the thread anymore.

I want to get a few trailers with the GT nose and taillights made!!!!!!!!!!!

Found asome pics of a hidden hitch. The one i recall was on a green GT and the plate flipped down to expose the hitch receiver.
