It uploaded. I think I would call that a floor mat. Unless it is for a home or shop door.

As for price, do not trust my judgement, I would say $30.00 to $50.00.

Pretty sure once can get door mats custom made pretty cheaply. I know stores like CostCo let one buy huge blankets with any picture one wants on them for like $30?
