Very interesting and not a bad price. Possibly another surprise vendor coming out of the woodwork.

Actually that price is a little higher than expected. It’s selling close to what Keith's GT lens originally sold for with decoration. I’m sure they are worth it though if you wanted show quality replacements.

I've reached out to the vendor and managed to get in contact with them. I'll keep everyone apprised.

After a lengthy email with several questions about the lenses and an interest in the company I get a broken facebook link in response and after attempting to get some clarification on the questions I got a one liner back that they haven't been tested and to look at the broken link.

I remain hopeful that these are a viable option for us. Most importantly these do not look like a scam.

My impressions so far, which is only on communication and the lack of information the vendor was able to provide, is that these are likely not a recommended option.

On the other hand if you purchase through Ebay you will have buyer protection...

It would have been nice if the vendor was more open to talk about what is going on and how they can get more exposure to the Fiero community and instead I'm left confused on the response and lack of effort to show off their product leaving me to believe that they don't have any interest in it themselves.

My guess... they're probably made in China.

I've also seen this picture before that they're using as an advertisement, and it's someone from the forums. If I remember correctly, they took factory taillights, polished them out, painted them (the black surround) and then clear-coated them.

They do this in China sometimes... they look for things that are commanding high prices, and then reproduce it on the cheap. It's likely not going to have any of the DOT markings (which is fine), but it could actually fit really well. The plastic is less likely to be brittle than an original. I'd have to guess the fit and finish is... acceptable. If you can't find or afford good replacement ones, then this is probably a good option to repair your existing ones, particularly if the lenses you already have are cracked and clearly cannot be repaired.

You got a point there. It's getting harder to differentiate the Chinese knockoffs from legit ones.

They are a company that just started but seem to be ready to cater to Fiero folks. Their website is crude but mentions choptop side windows as well as the taillights.
