If you see something you want let me know. Willing to take anything off or apart. Chassis was hit drivers side and someone poorly grafted on a new front end. I have a few other Fiero parts laying around off camera. Or make an offer for all this stuff. Didn't get the title unfortunately, just wanted the body and didn't realize there was a mostly clean back half underneath it! Shame to send it to the scrapper with so many rust buckets like mine still in the road.
I'm looking for a working fuel sending unit, with the float attached, for an 86 gt v6. The fiero store has one but it was too long by a few inches is causing problems. Also looking to buy the center console armrest if it's undamaged. If the radio area went unmodified and undamaged I am looking for the plastic face plate piece that fits over the radio and a/c controls.

I'm looking for the plastic cover. Mine is cracked and missing a few chunks.
It looks like this
This one cleaned up pretty well. Made sure it is not cracked or warped. $10 + shipping? I have more trim and interior parts if you want a deal on stuff. Trying to make it worth the shipping for ya, whatever that is going to be. Have a preferred shipper?

I would say this unit does NOT work. It's pretty crusty. The tubes may be correct length but I'd say it needs a new pump and float and resistor.
Center console is warped and the color of the armrest postion looks a little lighter than the box area. No rips anywhere. I can clean it up to see if there is any other discoloration if you are interested still.
And unfortunately the radio bezel is cracked like most of them. Still have the little corner piece if you want to try and glue it up. I might just do that myself because it's in better shape than the one in my car!
Here is my fuel sending unit, it doesn't look as crusty. Do you think this can be salvaged? If so do you have any tips? I have a friend that can work on the car but he's good but not a fiero guy.
Here's my center console where the rip is, It's got a little of the typical warping I've seen on videos. How does it compare to yours? If you think yours can clean up I'll take it.
Lastly here is my bezel, please excuse the 2000s cd player. I still have the original radio. This one is cracked in 2 places, the right crack looks identical to yours but I'll take yours please. One less crack is till an upgrade.

Yes!! I'll definitely take it. I could also use a lower seat cover if you're willing to remove it.

I would rather try to salvage that unit than use the one I have. I would buy a brand new fuel pump for it from Rock Auto (I'd get a Bosch or Delphi for this car and nothing else). Don't forget a new sump screen with it, they are usually sold separately for some reason. I would check to make sure the fuel level resistor works on your unit, I'm guessing it does as you are in California. Then I would find a way to check and make sure the float still works from my unit or obtain a better float from another parts car. I haven't even seen how they attach but thats what I would be looking to do if it were my nice car. I actually don't even run a fuel level sensor on my daily Fiero. I just go by mileage and reset the odometer when I fill up.
As far as the center console I'm not sure how much better mine it. There was some tape stuck to the top it looks like and the color is coming off in a few areas. I tried to take pics of all those areas. Cleaned up ok other than that. I'll let you decide if you still want it. Sorry I'm out of town until the week of April 23rd. I can get you a shipping quote when I'm back for anything you'd like.
Please send a quote when you get back, I'll take the 3 parts and see if I can work with them. The forum email link points to a good working email. Thank you!
Hi. I'm after some replacement seatbelt bolts for my 88GT. I'm in Australia and we have pretty strict rules here for seatbelts, so I basically have to have original bolts and the ones I took out if my car were quite stripped from a previous owner cross threading and over torquing them.
I'm after the buckle, B pillar and floor bolts.
Would you still have those bolts? Are they in good condition? Would you be willing to ship to Australia?
If you also have the barrels that go over the bolts to space the floor anchor, B pillar anchor and the buckle I would love those too.
How you much for parking brake handle + associated cables. I like everything from the handle to the caliper. Id also like to buy your tilt column if its in good shape? Im in Wisconsin
I'm in search of the dash speaker covers, and some of the plastic A pillar retainer clips if you've got em available. I'd be a local pickup, no need to mess with shipping. Though as jacked up as all the freeways are around us, the Pony Express might be faster
The AC Orifice tube section is located just under the fan, between the condenser and evaporator (picture courtesy of RWDPLZ). It's orientated horizontally.
Here's a pic of it in it's relative position, but with all the other AC things removed
Here's what it looks like when it's uninstalled:
Please let me know (and I'll double check to make sure I'm subscribed to the thread)
I have a strange request. The PO of mine cut the radio plug out and wired an aftermarket stereo in. Nothing was soldered. They lost the plug along the way. Could you cut the harness plug out with as much wire as possible? I’d like to solder the harness plug back in to mine so I can do the Monsoon swap with plugs rather than Permian at install. This way I can go back to the original radio as well. Options options options! PM me. John
