im looking for someone to install a 3.8 v6 into my fiero and modify the cradle to accommodate it. Who can help me? or who do you know that cold? Prefer someone within 250 miles of Nashville, Tn. thank you!

No cradle mods needed for the 3.8. Front motor mount needs a bolt on adapter made by FieroRodger on this site and others. It's nearly a Pick & Drop operation.

Charlie is correct no cradle mods required and one front motor mount/bracket for the stick application. For the auto you will need to add two transmission mounts.
