Try Car-Part.com. Those powertrains still seem to be available. Many owners of those old Cadillacs were seniors that drove them sparingly. Then they crunched them and they ended up in the bone yards. I often see them on Car-Part with low miles (50-70K Miles). Check them out. The swap isn't real difficult and it can be done on the cheap.

91's are a bit different on some wiring bits, 92-95 is a better option.

92-93 if looking at Devilled - and the auto trans gearing is much better for a Fiero swap.

Don't know about the 92-93 Deville gearing, but my 91 gearing was not "inspiring" - at all. It's why I now have a 5 speed. (Yeah... I know.)
I would have preferred the Seville/Eldo final gearing @ 3.33
