I am swapping the body on my 1988 Fiero notchie to an 87 GT aero. Its a Red Formula Fiero in great shape. I have every body panel from this color matching set except the roof panel. I do not have the tools to properly remove this panel without breaking it. I would like to sell the body as a set, but if I get no interest I will sell individual parts. $1000 or best offer.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI. I am willing to ship or help with limited delivery

Panels - Condition
Front Bumper - small paint cracking near emblem, no peeling [Pictured]
Black panel under nose - no visible damage
Fenders - no visible damage
Hood - no visible damage
Doors - no visible damage, manual mirrors, grey interior, power windows and locks
Rocker panels - black, need to inspect once I get them off the car
Side panels - Some small light scuffs [Pictured]
Rear upper - no visible damage
Rear upper black inserts - no visible damage
Sailpanels - no visible damage
Decklid - Some fading of the spoiler paint [Pictured]
Decklid vents - no visible damage
Rear Bumper - There is some carbon build up from the exhaust, a small melted patch on the passenger side black lower molding [Pictured]
Taillights - small crack in driver side lens [Pictured]
Rear body electrical harness - no visible damage

Its a modified 1988 chassis with a LS4 swapped into it. I want to swap on the GT body that I have so I can make it a liftback, and do a lot of body work to the car. I don't want to waste the Formula body, hence the post. I hope someone has use of it.

Greetings, I sure wish you lived closer to York Pennsylvania. I am in the process of installing a V-8 in my formula and your panels look a lot better than mine. Kinda wonder how much it would cost to ship the panels to York PA? If it's not too expensive I'd be interested.

Thanks, Bob

Edited April 2st 2020 - All panels now off the car, and I added details to the post. The image uploading feature is not working for some reason. I can also text or email images to anyone interested if I can't upload them here.

You can get the top off with a little slow effort and a sunny day.
Let the sun warm up the roof and then after you remove the nuts holding it down work your way around the top with wooden shims
Tapping them a little at a time. It will slowly separate and lift off.
I have taken many off that way.

That is good advice Pat, I appreciate the suggestion. Unfortunately I have committed to not removing the roof panel at this point. I don't have a replacement panel, let alone one that matches the Dark Red GT body I am installing. I plan to get a color matching wrap for the roof section.
Also, the weather in Michigan right now doesn't have a lot of hot sunny days to help me out.
Again, thank you!
