Nothing to do with me, my son in law saw it today. 68,000+ KM on it and they want 12,000.00 cdn. No pics on their website yet. It is a manual trans thats about all I know. Surprising to see a Fiero at a new car dealer.

Still no pics on the Fox Chrysler website but I went and looked at it because I was up in OS to go to the Home Depot. This appears to be a rust free car, not a spot on it underneath the car. Undercoated when new, looks like Zeibart or something similar. I doubt that it ever saw winter. Paint appears original, has some light spider cracking on the rear bumper and stone chips on the side rockers. Best interiour I have seen on an unrestored Fiero. I only had time for a quick look so I cannot say for sure if the drivers seat is damage free. And no I did not open the trunk to peel back the carpet.Since ultra low mile Indy's have gone for around 10,000.00 US and this one is not super low miles, 12,000.00 CDN is not what I would pay for it. But if you are from the States that is about a little under 9,000.00 USD.

I didn't look at the shifter when I was up there because I read on the dealers website that it had a "4 speed" and I had it in my head that they meant a manual trans.Sorry for the misinformation.
A price of $12,000 CDN for a Duke 2M4 Fiero sounds a bit steep. IMO, its not worth it!

I havent got in to the price debate because I really could care less about this car. But low mile Indy's have sold for relative big bucks recently. But yes it is not worth 12000.00 cdn or 9000.00 US. I would offer 4,000.00 cdn for it. That is what I think it is worth to me. But it will be interesting to see what it goes for.
It is such a shame that GM didn't put a real engine into the Indy. At the very least the 1.8 or 2.0 Turbo would have been a huge improvement over the lawnmower engine that it came with. I will be in the area in the next week or so and can look at the car for anyone who is seriously interested (not sure if the OP lives in the area or not)?
The REAL Indy pace car I drool over would be the 89 Turbo Trans AM.... now there is a car that can walk the talk!!!!!

I'd say that was an American car to start with. It has a 85 MPH speedo, so that's 68,000+ MILES on the car and has automatic trans. I'm surprised it didn't say it has power steering too.
I just looked at the pics and you are correct, that is a serious case of false advertizing. The ad states the mileage in KM but that mileage is the equivalent to over 100,000 KM. Certainly not the low mileage car they claim it to be.
They have changed the mileage in to KM. I called them up about it and they said it was a mistake . The salesman I talked to said it was owned by a woman for about 20 years or so. They are still calling it a 4 speed even though I told the salesman it was a 3 speed auto.
