To not waste any time. I was once burnt by giving a price with shipping included (meaning I actually ended up PAYING .20 for someone to "buy" a part from me). That won't be happening again. If you like the part after I provide a picture, then you can make an offer. Once a price is agreed upon I get a shipping quote and the shipping is added to the agreed upon price.
