Anyone interested in a Moates setup to program, burn/erase chips for their Fiero ECM or 7730 and any other OBD1 chipped ECM. Also with an emulator to make changes on the fly and scan and log data, make adjustments, delete egr eleminate trouble codes. Everything is just like new with no signs of use with at least 1 extra prom. $200 shipped in the USA. Paid over $400 for the setup and barley used it. No use for it now with a 3800
