Is this referring to on start up the wipers turn themselves on just one time? Cause mine do that. Is this the solution to that one random swipe of the wipers?

I'm in the same boat..one wipe on start up...no other problems. Bought a new board and still have the problem. If this fixes it my money is on the way!

I have it where my wipers will sometimes come on when turning right. Just swipe once and that's it. Will this fix that?
