so I got me some decklids. I no longer have 2 massive holes in my trunk. so on the decklids are 2 screws and under them is this small plastic washer that keeps it on the decklid. mine cracked so now it just falls off. I went to napa, bombgars, and ace. nobody has this oddball size. I sent a photo of it so you guys know what I'm talking about.

All those washers do is keep the bolts attached to the grills upon the grills removal from the engine bay. The washers aren't critical to holding the grills in place.

bro thank you. they are expensive but I'll buy them on my next pay check. btw the other deck lid has flat head screws for some reason so I'm going to swap those out so both deck lids match

and I have one more question. so on the top of the deck lid is a rubber seal that goes against the window. one of them is missing it. is it possible to buy a new seal and reattach it.

The key is IF you can find the shape of the seal.

PS - On my GT, the J-seals were pop riveted on the grill/vent

I feel like making one wouldn't be to hard. just need to buy silicone or rubber then shape it. I may try to fix it later on. btw I bought 4 washers and 2 of the screws on the Fiero store. it cost me 30 dollars. so expensive for such small parts.

...which is why I thought I'd bring it to your attention in my first response that those washers aren't required to hold the grills in place.

And by the way, the two types of screws/bolts on the grills are the way Fieros came from the factory. The "flat head screws" go on the driver side grill, the flip-up screws go on the passenger side grill... probably to give easier/quicker access to the battery.

Because you only brought one item.....the kit costs $17 plus tax and shipping.
To me, I never buy 'one item' from TFS or any other auto store; I make a list and one day, I order the list.

My last TFS order had two big items and around a dozen of little parts, like the kit you brought.
I checked the shipping cost on the big items separately first, then together. The shipping cost was 'cheaper together' than separately.
PLUS, all the little parts didn't change the shipping cost, so these little parts had 'free shipping'.

So, if you want to buy the correct parts than 'skipping it' - made a list until you have enough to order.
