Hi, looking for advise. I have been rebuilding my Fiero over the last few years. Fiirst redid the whole front end (suspension, cooling, brakes). Then stripped and repainted the body. Finally removed the engine and replaced the head gasket and checked the cylinders and cleaned it up. Also did the rear suspension and cleaned up the cradle and put all new bushings in. However after installing the engine again I cannot get it started. The wiring harness is kind of a mess and at first I thought that it was because the fuel pump wasn’t getting power which it wasn’t but resolved that and now I don’t think the injectors are working. I don’t have a scope so I cannot see the ground closing and opening. Is there a good procedure to test and diagnose the electrical system for the injectors? I tried with the wiring diagram but find it is really incomplete. Is there a more complete version out there?

Check the two injector fuses for continuity. (Don't just do a visual check.)
