Yes and no...

YES in that I bought shorty headers for my 3.4 swap... NO in that my car has been in storage for 14 years and I haven't actually done the swap yet! haha...

I bought a set of shorty headers from West Coast Fiero.

They're a little expensive... about $1,800 shipped for stainless: https://westcoastfiero.com/...rty-exhaust-headers/

But there's also a cheaper set which is just regular steel, that's only ~$1,300.

These are custom made, so you can order them in a variety of sizes. I went with 2.5"s, which might be a little overkill, but with a 3.4 that's been worked over, it's just right (based on everything I've read).

You could also look for people selling used Spintech and other shorty headers. The Fiero Store sold like two different kinds over the years, and they occasionally pop up.

Properly ported 2.8 exhaust manifolds will perform just as well as the headers, and save a ton of money.

That's insane! 6 years ago or so I bought some from Summit for an F-body 3.4 for $250 and they were pretty good quality.
I don't see them available anymore...and they'd require some rework to work in a Fiero but they did look damn good!
