Can't seem to find these hoses anywhere. Even the Fiero Store no longer carries them for cars with A/C . A while back I recall using standard heater hose line ,bent it to fit using s coil spring inside. Has anyone found direct fit heater core hoses? IMO all coolant line hoses probably have a 10 year useful life so there are probably a lot of hoses out there that need to be replaced.

i used line from the 50s that was in 20x better shape than the 6 month old Heater hose that burst on the formula and thats still working 2 years later so i bet anything you use thats not falling apart in 6 months is gonna be great. as for molded hoses? i had no luck other than rodneys but that didnt fit my repaired tubes so i had to make some anyways so i bought silicone line for my s10 that works good but uhm. yeah the price if i was paying retail would come close to a 3rd of the price of my s10 so its not viable

True new hoses especially those made in China may not hold up to the ethylene glycol used in anti freeze. I'm too lazy to put the car on the lift and look right now but I recall using standard heater straight hose and bending it to fit with a coil spring inside at the bend. Rock auto lists a couple of molded heater hoses so maybe they will fit and hold up. The hoses on the car right now are about 20 years old and due for a change. I put them on when I replaced the heater core.

i would assume this is your 87 gt with the 3400 unless youve gotten another fiero im not well versed on yet. also man wish i got that many years out of a heater core, i went through 12 FLIPPIN 12 heater cores on the gtp (70 each for the cheapest and i wasnt buying the cheapest after number 2) i do recall the 88 i had using a spliced heater hose that was molded to fit. then again all the rear hoses were as well and gave me nothing but issues until i finally made a new rolled section out of stainless intake tube garbage for all of them so if you do have to make it longer the high pressure clamps and flanges work awesome
