I pcked up a 86 gt last summer as a birthday present for myself.

Have not had a fiero for 20 years and caught the bug again. Car is in good shape cosmetically and I replaced the knocking 2.8 with a fresh 3.4 from a 95 Camaro.

As soon as I finsihed the swap, the master brake cyl started leaking, so I replaced that, and this is where the fun begins.

I am unable to successfully bleed the front brakes.

Rears will bleed just fine with the regular two person method, and with a vacuum pump.
But as soon as I move to the fronts, i will get an initial burst of fluid on the first try, and then after that next to nothing. Sometimes the proportioning valve will trip as soon as I start on the fronts. Bought the little tool that keeps it centered.

I have replaced the following. (More like threw money at it for no reason)

New calipers all the way around. (Old ones acted the same with the fronts not bleeding, but they sat for 10 years and figured due to be replaced anyway)
New proportioning valve with the little tool that keeps it centered.
New rubber brake lines
New stainless steel brake hard lines.
Two diferent master cyls (both bench bled with plugs)
New bleeder valves, both regular and speed bleed style.

Next on my list to try is one of those motive pressure bleeders that mount to the top of the master cyl, that will arrive Tomorrow.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I am doing wrong at this point? I have replaced everything and short of it being user error I am stumped.
