man I was happy not having to constantly fix this car until I get sent this.
I'm 500 miles away and I'm not even sure what the heck noise it is.
I know it has oil pressure, it got timed correctly right before this. and the getrag was silent.
edit: should specify on the getrag being silent. it was silent with the clutch in or out in neutral at all engine speeds

I'm at a loss to be honest

Well... it doesn't sound like a crank, rod, or valvetrain problem.

Is there enough oil in the trans?

Unfortunately, it sounds like time to pull the transaxle and see what broke.

Put a stethoscope on the bell housing. It often will help define the sound better. It sounds like there is something loose in there. My guess, is a worn transmission input shaft bearing or the clutch fork/throwout bearing is bent/brokem. . Unfortunately you'll probably have to drop the powertrain and look in there, It's a lot of work but I don't see that you have many other options.
