Camaro Wing on Fiero Fastback will it work?

I was wondering if someone out there has put an old Camaro wing on their fastback(ill include a picture of the specific wing below). And if they have what it looks like, hows the fit, and if there is anything I would need to know if I was willing to install it on the fastback Fiero.

That wing fits perfectly on a Fiero notchback. Unfortunately, I think the fastback lid (and rear fenders) are too narrow.
I hope I'm wrong, though.
You might have to do something "creative" with the outside ends. I think they will be unsupported.

Or take a chunk out of the middle. Not something that I would attempt, with my total lack of fiberglassing skillz.

Not a fan of that spoiler/wing look.

I have a feeling the ends wouldn't fit but I could probably shave them down I was hoping do a little sanding and potentially some bondo. But knowing that they might be too narrow might be a problem. I was hoping to subtract not add but thank you for the feedback I really appreciate it. Do you have any pictures of a notch back with that wing? I cant find em.

A couple people have done this on their notchbacks. Fourpoint9 and Habanera Hal. I haven't seen them on fastbacks yet.

test fit one first and then make a decision I personally would cut it in half if it was too wide and them clamp chamfer and fiberglass it together before using short Strand fiberglass filler (bondo brand or not doesnt really matter for this) then a layer of gold after throughly sanding and smoothing the area. then use some upol sandable primer over the top of upol bonding primer.
it'll look a million bucks if you follow that and sand to 2k grit then wet sand for every step which is extremely tedious but worth it Im the end.
or you can be lazy like I was when repairing a cracked and water damaged gt spoiler and pretty much just use short strand as the only filler over the Fiberglass cloth and it'll still look very good as long as you get the sand scratches out

No, there is no debate

Ones car should satisfy their own, but once you open that question to the world, prepare for reality

Unfortunately Fourpoint9 sold his car and while the new owner was taking it to work to show his co-workers, a woman probably texting rear ended him at a stop.

I remember seeing a comment from the new owner. Alluding to "The car would live again" - or words to that effect. Haven't seen anything since.

I shouldn't spoil it but yes. I'll put it this way... it's together and just needs to be finished for the most part

Hello all!!! thank you so much for the responses. Seeing it on the notch back i'm realizing its not really what im looking for. i think im going to go a different route and either make my own superbird/190E spoiler or buy a 190E aftermarket spoiler and modify it to fit the Fieros contour better. But again thank you all for the advice! if anyone has any advice though for making a custom wing please hit me up any advice is welcomed.
