I received a 88 fiero formula. Previous owner pulled the engine and cut the heater inline hose. Is there any guide on how to reroute line or buy one.

That's a rubber line that's hard clamped / crimped to the car's hard line, your options are to get that rubber hose from any 87-88 V6 car or use heater house and route it to fit, that you should be able to do. One can cut the lower crimp and salvage the hose, or remove the f'd up one and use a regular hose clamp to replace.
BTW, the previous owner is an Idiot.

standard (I think 1 inch? mine is at least but use a ruler and guess how wide the barbs are) heater hose should work just fine. only recommendation is to use either steel reinforced or fiber reinforced and non worm gear clamps or use 2 per hose barb 180 degree offset from each other to clamp In a circle so once tight they shouldn't loosen again. also wrap it in aluminum foil tape as it helps shield the hose from the exhaust heat quite well
