So, I know there are some old posts about this, but when I do a search, nothing comes up. What else could it be called instead of the seat air bag, seat air diaphragm, etc?

It seems that someone found one from a Corvette that could be adapted for use.

Rodney Dickman used to sell NOS lumbar supports but they became too old. He says that lumbar supports from an 88 Corvette should work.

This is what the originals looked like for the Fiero:

Thanks for the photo. It seems like it would be easy to replicate. The trick would be finding the correct material.

I'm sure if someone were to reproduce these, they would sell at least 3 or 4 hundred.

There are also some universal kits you can get on Summit Racing (and other places I'm sure) that you can adapt to the Fiero switch for lumbar control.

Anyone guess what material the air bladders are made out of?
