I took off my passenger rocker panel and saw two lines rusted coming from the cabin. What are they for?

Is that an expansion tank at the top of the picture? '87 and '88 Fieros had those....

Yes, those are fuel/vapor lines attached to the expansion tank:

Definitely want to get that fixed, it can cause a fire and or gas leakage.
