Hi.

The Castellated nut on the front spindle has been lost. Does anyone know its dimensions so that I can order a new one?

Regards, Richard

While I'm not gonna tear my car apart to check, best guess is M20 x 1.5, 19mm high, 30mm hex. I know that's the rear, but may be shared with the front. At the very least, if you can find a regular M20 fine thread nut and it fits, then you've verified the size/pitch.

https://www.fiero.nl/forum/...120111-1-082763.html says *M24*, but then says 30mm hex and the part numbers all seem to be M20 ..shrug..

thanks. That's the trouble with internet age - all the local hardware stores are closed so I have to buy online and wait.

I've ordered the part anyway - but can stake nut be fitted instead of the castellated nut? How do you lock the stake nut?
