Yes, we tuned it to give max torque. On 1 dyno pull, we got 447HP but it was too lean! Backed off a bit, and tried to go for a nice linear power curve. I am pleased with the result 👍👌😀
What is physically happening at around 6200 rpm that causes HP and TRQ to drop like a rock? Are the valves no longer able to seal?
Probably being over cautious on the dyno. Anyway, there's a 6500rpm cutout in the tune. The dyno guy knew this and lifted his foot before. In his experience, he doesn't push an engine to it's absolute limit. He (and I) wanted max perf and reliability😉

OK, got it. Just curious how much boost you are running and how that would compare to the boost in the SC version. I guess that will be Apples vs Oranges no matter how you think about the two.

I don't run alot of boost ; between 0.75 and 1 bar. Yesterday, we were just running at wastegate spring pressure. So more in the 0.75bar range (11 psi ?). It was mighty hot yesterday as well and I saw a 40°C intake temp. My intercooler works better on the track/road than on the dyno! Not enough airflow even with dyno fans.

Your IC is just in front of the engine with a spoiler directing air upwards, correct?
Maybe put together some flexible ducting and get some dyno air under there next time?

That's exactly what the dyno opperator said! He suggested extra tubing in my engine bay as well to duct cold air towards the turbo. He thought it was mighty tight and hot in there.
C'est manifique! Vous avez pris soin de votre voiture. Ca a l'air bien! (that is the most French I've used since I took classes in high school... hopefully it made sense).
