4 months back i purchased 2 650 brawler carbs and 2 holley 534-202 tps kits from my place I order parts from.
It was obvious they would not fit as advertised. So dealer and I call Holley send emails and pics and im figuring well life happens and in a few weeks i'll be golden and Holley will as promised
get me corrected 534-202 tps kits I ordered.
Still has not happened. I've reached out to corporate, customer service, posted issue on their FB site and they erase it.
Yesterday and today customer service tells us r/d just found out about issue and is working on it ...lol what gives how can a company make a product that does not work at all then sell it and then even 4 months later not have it fixed. This is for my coupe but also for the ls4 going in my Fiero too.
Does anyone here work for Holley that maybe can help me at least get estimated time when it might be fixed.
I worked over two decades in customer service in telcom cable industry-and if I would have treated a customer like this I would have been fired on spot and no one in industry would ever hire me again.
Worst service I have ever had.
