Does anyone have any good CAD drawings they would be willing to share of stock 1988 rear knuckles? I have some ideas I would like to play with, and detailed drawings would make it much easier.

Look up Dave (Bloozberry) on here. Send him PM and ask him for the actual cad file of that image. He may have that same file with the measurements on it. Just out of curiosity, what are you trying to do?
It should work; I corresponded with Dave maybe two years ago using that email address.

I'll have to hit him up. as for what I'm doing, I'm looking into designing a new knuckle for my car, that incorporates wheel bearing, and brake upgrades, and allows for the use of a drum in hat parking brake.

I saw that, guessing bolt centers isn't exactly accurate though, not that I need this to be a whole lot more accurate than that.

nah, just parallel path research, the most successful people always have a "plan B" I have no desire to market anything I build either. at least nothing for a Fiero, market is way to hit and miss.
