I purchased a set of the stainless steel lines for my 84 SE and after about 6 hours of fighting rusty fittings I have the new ones mostly in place, however I ran into an issue. On the front left line it is the smaller thread size (maybe 3/16"?) however the female end on the 5-way brass fitting that's immediately off the brake master cylinder is larger (maybe 1/4"?). On the this end there is some adapter from the smaller thread size to the larger thread size, however I think the threads on the adapter on the 3/16" size are messed up since the new fitting from the front left line isn't threading in correctly. My question is if this is something factory or if anyone else has run into this, and if something like those two links may work.
