There's that...
PW have 30a Breaker in fuse box. Even still the motor(s) or wiring can burn and not trip any breaker.
Main reason PW need the I-key is so kids etc can't run PW when parked. Even then kids etc have been hurt or killed by PW.
Many cars have OE remote or auto up PW have "jam" monitoring to prevent this. (Same reason Garage Door Openers has jam stops, light beam stops, etc.)
Others w/o that should get best Insurance. Even then Insurance may not pay enough or void the policy when sued after you mod the PW wiring to always hot, auto up, or remote up.
