Door hinges metal to metal can use anything but Roller has plastic installed dry by GM...
Most oil/grease attack most plastics including most "Synthetic" products. While many Synthetic bases maybe safe, manufacturers add things to protect seals and this hate many plastics not made to handle oil/grease like will attack brake rubber and plastic parts.
"White" grease can wreck some plastics too regardless most claim it likes plastic. Many Nylons and other types can handle this better but "White Lithium" and Lubriplate 100 often has petroleum carriers many attach others types. (White Lubriplate 100 is Calcium w/ Mineral Oil not Lithium but many think it is...)
Many Silicon oil/grease and Brake grease works w/ most plastics and rubber but can stain clothes etc. either temporary or permanently depending exactly what material.
Many think simple Silicon grease = Brake grease but most times Is Not True.
Permatex and other Brake grease will not "bleed" oil etc at all temperatures and won't wash out/off in normal use. I use this for decades and Doesn't wash out/off many things unless you use pressure washer right on the part or similar most time.
Most Silicone including Silicone dielectric grease and many other greases will "bleed" oil even at normal temperature humans live in. Many can easily wash off of parts too.
Teflon/PTFE is safe but most products have very strong solvents and oils that hate plastic. If you can take things apart to spray metal parts w/ Dry Teflon then can work for somethings like pivot points for HL lifts.
Don't used Graphite for plastic and aluminum.
Door roller might use a drop of Silicone Oil to wick down the bearing but most times the bearing is worn and have metal on metal contact making noise etc. and doesn't help much but maybe stops noise.
