To make a long story short. Someone stole my car trailer, so now looking for a new one. Just wandering what the distance from the bottom of the door to the ground is ? I've got a stock 88 coupe. Just wanting to make sure the door misses the fender . Thanks Rick

I cannot give you an answer to the specific question you asked but may have some helpful information. I have lowered Meras (one to one and a half inches) and use a Kaufman trailer that gives me about 1/4" clearance between the door and trailer wheel fender without removing the fender. This is a tilt bed type trailer and it works very well for low clearance cars.

Too many variables to make a good guess....depending on wheels...tires....saggy springs.....saggy doors for that matter. But I measured my Formula and got 10".
